Terms and Conditions

The goal of SAGDD is to provide the best service and products to our customers. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. But, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we have provided the following information to clarify our company’s policies.


Exchanges/Returns: Stock merchandise will be accepted for exchange or merchandise credit within 7 calendar days, with proof of purchase, it’s in its original packaging, and it’s in the same condition as at the time of delivery. No exchanges or returns can be allowed on special orders.

Refunds: For cash or check purchases, a check will be mailed within 7 business days of the date the refund is approved. No refunds on special orders

Sale Merchandise: Items offered at a clearance price are not eligible for exchange or return.


Special Order Cancellations: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all special orders. The balance is due prior to your receipt of merchandise. If for any reason you are unsure of your purchase, you have 2 calendar days from the purchase date to change or cancel your order. After 2 calendar days, cancellations will not be allowed.


Estimated Times: SAGDD will do its best to assure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. Since estimated lead times and arrivals dates are based on industry averages, we cannot offer any monetary compensation for unforeseen delays. If a delay should occur, we will notify you in a timely manner.


Color/Finish: SAGDD will do its best to assure the product you receive matches your order. However, due to the uniqueness of some of our products, color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. In addition, continual exposure to light and temperature changes can and will affect appearance and condition. No compensation can be offered for these changes over time.


Grades of Goods & Project Placement of merchandise: The buyer agrees to release SAGDD from any liability resulting from goods or merchandise purchased from us and placed into environments where certain grade(s) are required and said goods or merchandise do not meet those requirements e.g. commercial grade requirements, industrial grade requirements, etc.


Warranty of Goods: SAGDD does not imply or offer any warranty of goods or merchandise outside of the warranty offered by the manufacturer of said goods or merchandise. SAGDD offers the same warranty on all goods or merchandise sold to the buyer as provided to us from the manufacturer whereas limited or no warranty on goods or merchandise provided to SAGDD is the same warranty that will be provided to the buyer. SAGDD agrees to work with and on behalf of the buyer to resolve any conflicts or situations that arise, where warranty of goods or merchandise applies. The buyer agrees that SAGDD will not be held responsible should part or no part of said warranties be honored by the manufacturer.


Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery are made available for an additional fee, unless otherwise stated. To arrange delivery, items must be paid in full. The buyer must inspect all items and immediately notify SAGDD of any damage before signing the delivery acknowledgement form. The buyer accepts all liability for any damage claims made once the delivery is complete.

Size Limitations: The buyer is responsible for any size limitations. Please be conscious of passages (i.e. stairwells, doorways, elevators) which may cause a delivery problem. Consider carefully both the space where you plan to place your new furniture and access to the room itself. If delivery is to an apartment or condominium, the buyer is responsible for making sure SAGDD has the correct unit number and information about elevators, restrictions on delivery times, security arrangements and codes, etc. If an elevator reservation is necessary, the buyer needs to make those arrangements with his/ her building management in advance of the delivery date. Any service charges that may be incurred from incorrect information given by the buyer will be passed on to the buyer. 


Product Assembly: In some cases, merchandise may require assembly. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the correct assembly of those goods. Please reach out to SAGDD in the event you are unsure how to assemble the product correctly and we will be glad to assist you. If necessary, on-site assembly can be preformed by our team for an additional charge. 


Collection Costs: Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection (including reasonable attorney fees whether or not suit is brought) if SAGDD seeks to enforce any of its rights under this sale agreement.
